Vinificazione del vino Tinto Quinta das Bageiras Garrafeira 2018: le uve per questo vino provengono da vigne molto vecchie (oltre 90 anni). Fermentano per 5-8 giorni in pressa aperta senza diraspatura (non staccare gli acini dal grappolo). Successivamente viene rimontato con masse di legno, più volte al giorno, fino al raggiungimento della giusta intensità. Il vino finisce poi per fermentare in tonnellate di legno vecchio. Durante il riposo viene pulito e affinato nelle stesse botti per circa 18 mesi. Viene imbottigliato senza alcuna chiarifica o filtraggio. Tutti questi processi vengono eseguiti manualmente. È un vino che produce solo in annate di eccezionale qualità.
