Vinificazione del vino Branco Ribeiro Santo Vinha da Neve 2019: vendemmia manuale. Uve provenienti da un unico appezzamento di Encruzado a Quinta do Ribeiro Santo, il più vicino alla montagna della Serra da Estrela. Raffreddamento dell'uva prima della pressatura. Macerazione a freddo. Fermentazione in vasche di acciaio inox sui lieviti, affinamento in botti di rovere francese nuove e usate per 6 mesi. Questo vino riposa un altro anno in bottiglia prima di essere disponibile sul mercato.
Ottima struttura in bocca, compensata da un'ottima acidità del limone e da un finale molto lungo
