Colore rubino intenso e un profumo di grande armonia e complessità, con una forte presenza di frutti rossi molto maturi, sfumature floreali di lavanda e viola, e un'ottima componente speziata. In bocca è voluminoso, ha un'acidità vivace e ben integrata, con tannini molto presenti e di ottima qualità. Al frutto rosso, ancora fresco, si uniscono note speziate e balsamiche. Il finale è molto lungo e complesso.
