O Mirabilis Tinto è ispirato alla linea dei grandi vini del mondo, dove si creano texture, aromi, gravità e trasparenza. Dopo la selezione accurata dei migliori appezzamenti e una vendemmia meticolosa, questo lotto entra in conflitto con l'origine della materia prima, mettendo da parte il concetto di terroir. È un vino irripetibile, non copiabile anno dopo anno, con una composizione eterogenea di piccole quantità, pochi litri di ciascuna delle nostre migliori botti, passando per una lunga perizia di degustazione fino al risultato finale. Il Mirabilis riflette gli anni viticoli con maggiore profondità della Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo, riflettendosi in un vino denso, intenso negli aromi, tridimensionale, con enorme persistenza fisica, profondo e molto preciso.
