Dorado con una tonalità rosata
Caffè, liquirizia, rovere tostato, fondo di caffè, un sigaro che brucia lentamente. La sua portata è sorprendentemente, collocandosi al confine con l'eccessivo. Vigoroso, assertivo e intransigente. La torba è indescrivibile e trova modi per affermarsi quasi come un sussurro. Il finale in bocca è completamente caramellato di liquirizia. L'amarezza raffinata cede rapidamente il passo a aromi medicinali: canfora, eucalipto, terminando con note morbide di malto d'orzo.
Avvolgente. Un primo naso fresco e fruttato, di succo di frutta appena fatto, una cornucopia di frutti bianchi, note di pesca e uva succosa. Si apre progressivamente in note sottili di pasticceria e biscotti. È un genere totalmente italiano, come un panettone con uvetta. Le note di malto si distinguono dando spazio ad aromi agrumati (clementina), un tocco di rovere e note rustiche (verbena, camomilla).
