Vinificazione del Vinho Titan Stage in Barro Tinto 2019: Le uve fresche al punto ideale di maturazione, raccolte a mano in cassette da 20 kg, vengono trasportate in cantina dove sono state sottoposte ad un'attenta selezione manuale, diraspatura e pigiatura a piedi in un torchio di granito, dove avviene i due terzi della fermentazione, con l'ultimo terzo ed i successivi 16 mesi di affinamento, in piccoli vasi di terracotta, dove attraverso la loro porosità avviene un lento meccanismo di concentrazione del vino.
