Vinificazione del Quinta das Carvalhas Branco: Le uve sono raccolte a mano e trasportate alla cantina in cassette da 20 kg. Dopo un processo di selezione manuale, i grappoli vengono diraspati e le uve pressate in una pressa pneumatica con parte di inertizzazione. Dopo una decantazione di 24 ore, inizia la fermentazione alcolica del mosto in vasche di acciaio inox a 14-16ºC, dopodiché il vino viene travasato in botti (500L) nuove e usate (30:70) di rovere francese dove termina il processo di fermentazione. Il vino matura nelle stesse botti per un periodo di 6 mesi, sulle fecce fini con batonnage bisettimanale.
