O Donnhoff Riesling Trocken Roxheimer Hollenpfad Branco da venerada família Dönnhoff é um vinho seco de excecional elegância da região da Nahe, produzido numa encosta virada a sul sobre solo calcário com arenito vermelho, proveniente de vinhas antigas de até 40 anos. Apresenta uma cor amarelo-pálida com reflexos esverdeados e um nariz marcante de frutas como pêssego branco e damasco, realçado por uma expressiva mineralidade salgada e especiarias quase pimentadas. No paladar, mostra-se seco, vibrante e cristalino, com acidez firme, final longo e picante — um verdadeiro reflexo de terroir e intensidade. Recebeu 94 pontos de James Suckling e entre 93‑95 pontos da Vinous em outras avaliações. Ideal com pratos como aspargos, mariscos, carnes brancas e saladas leves; ótimo para degustar já ou guarda.
