Le uve sono state raccolte manualmente e, dopo rigorosa selezione e diraspatura, hanno macerato per 10 giorni in un tino con pigiatrice pneumatica. Dopo la fermentazione malolattica, il vino è parzialmente invecchiato in botti di rovere piene di vino. È stato imbottigliato dopo una minima chiarifica.
Rubino intenso
Attacco morbido, fresco ed equilibrato. Tannini rotondi. Buona persistenza gustativa
Intenso con frutti rossi e neri freschi, frutta disidratata e fiori di campo
