Vinificazione dell'Aguardente Adega Velha 30 Anni: le uve, selezionate per la loro elevata acidità e basso contenuto di zuccheri, sono all'origine di un vino leggero ed equilibrato. Il vino viene successivamente sottoposto a due distillazioni lente e accurate in alambicco Charentais, proveniente dalla regione di Cognac in Francia. Dopo il processo di distillazione, l'Aguardente viene sottoposta a un invecchiamento in botti di rovere francese, provenienti dalla regione del Limousin, con il lotto finale che ha un'età media di 30 anni di invecchiamento.
