Dopo diversi anni di sperimentazione, il Gin Martin Miller presenta Solera Reserve, realizzato per garantire coerenza. Il gin riposa per almeno 9 mesi, o lune, in botti di rovere essiccate all'aria, aggiungendo una profondità eccezionale al gin.
Invecchiato nel nostro negozio di botti a Borgarnes, in Islanda, dove il clima è fresco e sorprendentemente secco, questa atmosfera ideale rallenta significativamente il processo di invecchiamento, fornendo miglioramenti sottili ma sublimi al gin. Il ciclo della luna nuova determina il programma in cui le botti vengono miscelate ogni stagione, garantendo una qualità costante attraverso il metodo di invecchiamento Solera.
