Vinificazione del Quinta dos Roques Reserva Tinto: pressatura delle uve con diraspatura totale, seguita da fermentazione in vasche di acciaio inox con lieviti selezionati a una temperatura di 28-30ºC. Periodo di macerazione di 12 giorni con delicate "rimontaggi". Invecchiamento: in botti di rovere francese da 225 L per 10 mesi.

Bouquet di frutta intensa, che ricorda ribes nero selvatico e foglie di pino, con note di vaniglia e cioccolato date dal rovere.
