Vinificazione del Quinta de Azevedo Torra Grande Escolha Branco: Le uve vendemmiate a mano vengono immediatamente trasferite nella camera frigorifera. Dopo aver raggiunto i 10ºC, vengono delicatamente inviate al diraspatore e pressate dolcemente a basse temperature, seguite da decantazione statica a freddo per 3-5 giorni, con sollevamento delle fecce nelle prime 24 ore. Fermentazione con temperatura controllata tra i 15-16ºC. Maturazione: Dopo la fermentazione alcolica, il vino ha maturato per 8 mesi in tonneaux da 1200L e barriques da 500L di rovere francese di 1ª e 2ª utilizzo. Il 15% del lotto ha maturato sulle fecce in deposito di inox per preservare tutta la freschezza.

Entra in bocca pieno e con molto volume. Ancora una volta in evidenza il frutto maturo con nocciolo, ma molto fresco, che permette di sostenere tutta l'intensità. Finisce lungo e persistente.
Aroma exuberante di frutta matura a nocciolo, con note di albicocca o pesca rossa ben matura. In evidenza anche le note del periodo in legno.
