Vinificazione del Burmester Jockey Club Reserve Tawny Port: raccolte a mano nel punto ottimale, le uve vengono diraspate, pigiate e vinificate secondo un processo che si basa su un'attenta macerazione con l'estrazione di colore, tannini e aromi dalle bucce, completato da continui rimontaggi durante l'invecchiamento fermentativo. Questa avviene in vasche di acciaio inox, a temperatura controllata tra 28-30ºC, fino al raggiungimento del grado Baumé desiderato. In questa fase viene aggiunta l'acquavite di vino (beneficio), dando origine ad un vino fortificato. Vino di ottima qualità ottenuto dalla miscelazione di vini di diverso grado di maturazione e provenienza, garantendo così un vino finale maturo, vigoroso e intenso.
Granato con riflessi aranciati
In bocca è corposo, untuoso e complesso, ma allo stesso tempo rivela una notevole eleganza che prosegue nel finale persistente.
Naso ampio e profumato, con un profumo intenso di frutta secca, spezie, note di caramello e un tocco di tostatura.
