Crafted through traditional methods, such as direct coal heating, the Yoichi single malt truly captures the authentic character of its exceptional location, with refined notes of coastal influence and peat. Beyond the characteristic smoke of Yoichi, this 10-year-old version offers a rounded maturity, developed over the years, integrated with distinct notes of peat, well-balanced wood, and delicate herbal touches.
