Vinificazione del Venha o Diabo e Escolha Grande Reserva Tinto: Le uve provenienti dalla vendemmia dei nostri associati vengono scaricate e immediatamente diraspate e pigiati. La fermentazione avviene in serbatoi di acciaio inox con temperatura controllata (26-28ºC). Durante questo periodo si effettua la macerazione o fermentazione, per 15 giorni. Affinamento: Il vino affina in botti nuove di rovere francese per 12 mesi. Dopo l'imbottigliamento affina in cantina per un minimo di 12 mesi.
