In bocca è satinato e lungo. Al palato, dopo una sensazione di frutta secca, come la mandorla e la nocciola, segue una sorprendente e piacevole freschezza causata da sapori di natura eterea, culminando con un sapore liquoroso.
Aroma di ammirabile eleganza. All'inizio, è caldo, affascinante, evidenziando già i profumi di vaniglia e frutta secca, prodotto del suo invecchiamento. Con il movimento del bicchiere, emergono aromi di spezie come cannella e cacao.
