Vinificazione del Porto Kopke Colheita 2014: Vendemmiate a mano nel momento ideale, le uve vengono diraspate, pigiati e trasformati in vino attraverso un processo di macerazione accurata per estrarre il loro colore, tannini e aromi, esaltati dalla costante agitazione durante la fermentazione. Questa avviene in tini (lagares) a temperatura controllata (tra 28-30°C) fino a raggiungere il grado di dolcezza adeguato (Baume). A questo punto, viene aggiunto il distillato d'uva per creare il vino fortificato finale. Un vino di grande qualità, fatto da una singola vendemmia. Un vino Colheita invecchia in botti di rovere per periodi di tempo che possono variare, ma mai inferiori a 7 anni. Viene quindi imbottigliato e venduto in base alle esigenze del mercato.

In bocca è intenso e ricco di sapori, dove i sapori più dolci si combinano con note di frutta secca e un po' di pepe bianco. Retrogusto fresco e intenso.
Naso ricco e intenso dove si combinano gli aromi di frutta matura con note di frutta secca e spezie.
