Vinificazione del Porto KOPKE 30 Anni: Raccolte a mano nel loro punto ottimale, le uve vengono diraspate, pigiati e vinificati secondo un processo che si basa su una attenta macerazione con estrazione di colore, tannini e aromi dalle bucce, completato da continui rimontaggi durante la fermentazione. Questa avviene in lagari, a una temperatura controllata tra i 28-30ºC, fino a raggiungere il grado Baumé desiderato. In questa fase, si procede all'aggiunta di acquavite (beneficio), dando origine a un vino fortificato. Vino di alta qualità, ottenuto da un assemblaggio di vini di diverse annate, in modo da acquisire una complementarità di caratteristiche organolettiche tipiche di questo stile di tawny invecchiato. Affina in legno per periodi di tempo variabili, nei quali l'età menzionata sull'etichetta corrisponde alla media approssimativa delle età dei diversi vini partecipanti al lotto, esprimendo il carattere del vino in relazione alle caratteristiche conferite dall'invecchiamento in botte.

In bocca, si presenta meravigliosamente equilibrato, untuoso e molto concentrato. Finale sublime e duraturo.
Naso intenso e di grande complessità, dove predominano gli aromi di frutta secca, armoniosamente combinati con note di vaniglia e miele.
