Vinificazione del Porto Borges Soalheira 10 Anni Bianco: dopo la ricezione delle uve, che devono arrivare in cantina in perfette condizioni, si procede alla loro pigiatura e diraspatura. Il mosto proveniente dalle uve pigiate viene raffreddato a 8-12 °C e decantato. Dopo la decantazione inizia la fermentazione con controllo della temperatura (12-14 °C). Dopo la fermentazione si procede all'acquavite aggiungendo acquavite vinica al 77% v/v. L'invecchiamento avviene in tini di piccola capacità e botti di legno (barrique e mezze barrique).

Aroma complesso, con frutta secca come la nocciola e la mandorla tostata. La presenza di spezie e note di curry emergono, evidenziando l'età del vino.
