Profilo fruttato e intenso. Vino prodotto da un'unica vendemmia caratterizzata dalla sua eccellente qualità. Vinificazione del Porto Borges LBV 2019: si tratta di un vino di qualità molto nobile. Le uve sono state trasportate in casse da 20 kg affinché arrivassero in perfette condizioni. Dopo la ricezione delle uve, si procede alla loro pigiatura con diraspatura parziale. Fermentano per 3-4 giorni in lagari con pigiatura a piedi per una maggiore estrazione di colore e aromi. Al momento opportuno si procede alla separazione delle bucce dal mosto e in questo viene aggiunto acquavite vinica al 77% vol per terminare la fermentazione. Successivamente il vino affina tra i 4 e i 6 anni prima dell'imbottigliamento per completare la sua evoluzione in bottiglia.
