Vinificazione del vino bianco Titan Vale dos Mil: Le uve fresche al punto ideale di maturazione, raccolte a mano in cassette da 20 kg, vengono trasportate in cantina dove sono state sottoposte ad un'attenta selezione manuale, diraspatura e pigiatura soffice, seguita dalla buccia macerazione in vasca di acciaio inox per 48 ore. Senza decantazione, il mosto è stato trasferito in botti di rovere francese, dove ha fermentato utilizzando lieviti indigeni ed è rimasto ad affinare con fecce fini in batonnage per 16 mesi.
