Un'ondata di sapori che avanza, di potenza e fascino sottovalutati. L'ondata cresce e segue un'onda più persuasiva... e poi ancora, con ogni obiettivo. I sapori: ricchi di frutti shiraz dalla Barossa al nord e dalla McLaren al sud - diversità climatica/varietale "marittima" e "continentale". Liquirizia rossa e nera, soia e malto, marshmallow alla vaniglia bruciato. Cioccolato fondente, avvolto in una cera. rivestimento di cera d'api/cera d'api satinata sfumature di rovere - abilmente integrate, senza dubbio complimenti della fermentazione in botte La consistenza: la sensazione in bocca è cremosa/vellutata, i tannini sono fitti, creando un rivestimento denso, con un "ruggine".
