Vinificazione del Vinho Meandro Tinto 2020: Dopo la pigiatura, le uve subiscono uno shock termico seguito dalla pigiatura per quattro ore in presse di granito. Il mosto viene trasferito in tini di vinificazione di piccola capacità con controllo della temperatura. I vitigni vengono vinificati separatamente. Questo vino è invecchiato in botti di rovere francese di Allier da 225 litri di secondo e terzo anno. Invecchiato per 14 mesi in botti di secondo e terzo anno.

Riempie la bocca con intense note di frutta, mostrando un retrogusto lungo molto fresco e complesso.
