O Pago de los Capellanes Doroteo 2020 é um vinho tinto de edição limitada, criado para celebrar o 25.º aniversário da adega e homenagear Doroteo Rodero, pai de Paco Rodero, fundador da bodega. Produzido a partir de vinhas centenárias de Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) na D.O. Ribera del Duero, este vinho amadurece durante 36 meses em barricas de carvalho francês e, posteriormente, pelo menos 24 meses em garrafa. Apresenta uma cor vermelho-cereja intensa e brilhante, com aromas de frutas negras maduras, notas balsâmicas e especiarias doces. Na boca, é fresco, sedoso e equilibrado, com taninos polidos e um final persistente.
