Vinificazione del Conde D Ervideira Vinho da Água Branco 2019: Le uve vengono diraspate e inviate a "Vinimatics" dove rimangono dalle 6 alle 10 ore ad una temperatura di 12ºC. Successivamente vengono pressati e inviati in cella frigorifera Fase: Il mosto viene confezionato in botti nuove di rovere ungherese, segue un periodo di 6 mesi di “batonnage”. Dopo l'invecchiamento in botti, viene imbottigliato e immerso nel lago Alqueva, dove matura ad una profondità di 30 metri, in condizioni uniche ed eccellenti per 8 mesi.
Vellutato e untuoso, con acidità equilibrata e tannini morbidi e setosi.
