Molto floreale, che porta a note di caprifoglio, erbe selvatiche, scollatura e rovi. Frutti caldi, fragole e rabarbaro maturati al sole, petali schiacciati sotto i piedi e miele. Note botaniche di ginepro e coriandolo, leggere, pulite ed estive, come notti estive nebbiose e pigre, decadenti, aromatiche ed esotiche. C'è una bella nota di ribes nero con scorza d'arancia.Al palato è ricco, cremoso e piccante. Caldo e appetitoso, frutta estiva succosa e note fresche di erbe aromatiche di passaggio. Sapori dolci e speziati di chiodi di garofano e cardamomo, floreali come un giardino murato soleggiato, piuttosto movimentato, violacciocche e frutta composta, marmellata, fette di limone burrose. Veramente floreale, come una marmellata estiva fruttata o una delizia turca. Croccante, pulito e verde nel finale, quasi mediterraneo, sentore di oliva. Molto gratificante.
