Vinificazione del Vino Tinto Superiore Vallado 2020: vinificazione biologica certificata. Ogni appezzamento dei vigneti di Quinta do Orgal viene vinificato separatamente in tini di acciaio inox, con temperatura controllata e rimontaggi programmati. Invecchiamento: questo vino matura per 16 mesi in botti di rovere francese usate.
