Il Tartufo Nero Rosso è una creazione vinicola che nasce dalla fusione di uve provenienti da due distinti appezzamenti situati nella sottoregione di Cima Corgo, nel Douro. Il primo appezzamento, situato a Valença do Douro, ospita un vigneto centenario, di oltre 70 anni, composto da un eclettico mix di circa 30 vitigni autoctoni. Posizionato tra i 300 ed i 350 metri sul livello del mare, questo vigneto, esposto a Nord, conferisce al vino un'unicità unica. Il secondo appezzamento, sulle rive del Foz do Rio Távora, di circa 30 anni, mostra una combinazione di vitigni, tra cui Touriga Franca e Tinta Roriz.
Per quanto riguarda il profilo sensoriale, il Truffle Negra presenta una notevole concentrazione aromatica, rivelando sfumature di frutti neri e spezie. In bocca si distingue per la sua corpulenza, offrendo un'esperienza gustativa complessa in cui spiccano note di frutti scuri, accompagnate da tannini intensi e integrati. Questi tannini conferiscono al vino un finale lungo e rinfrescante. Il Truffle Negra si rivela non solo come un vino di qualità, ma anche come una scelta eccezionalmente versatile per gli abbinamenti gastronomici.
