Le uve sono state raccolte a mano e immediatamente diraspate. La fermentazione alcolica è stata effettuata in vasche di acciaio inox, con temperatura controllata tra 24 e 26ºC. Terminata la fermentazione, il vino è stato mantenuto in macerazione post-fermentativa per un periodo di 5 giorni. La fermentazione malolattica è avvenuta naturalmente in stoccaggio. Successivamente il vino è stato trasferito in botti da 500 L e foudre da 25 hl, dove ha affinato per 18 mesi in botti di rovere francese e 18 mesi in bottiglia.
In bocca risalta l'intensità della freschezza del Cabernet Sauvignon, seguita dalla consistenza cremosa dell'Alicante Bouschet, che ci conduce ad un finale elegante e persistente.
Naso potente con note di frutta nera avvolte da spezie e tabacco.
