Vinificazione del Vino Tinto Carm Reserva 2020: eliminazione dei grappoli non in perfette condizioni, diraspatura totale, pigiatura soffice e shock termico, a cui segue un periodo di macerazione prefermentativa a freddo in frantoio per circa 12-24 ore, al termine del quale la le masse sono state trasferite in tini ampi e bassi di fermentazione, macerazione per 8 giorni a 22º C. Invecchiamento: 18 mesi in botti, 70% rovere francese (225 L) e 30% rovere americano (300 L).
In bocca è molto concentrato, caldo, con tannini decisi e una consistenza morbida, un finale molto intenso e persistente che mostra fortemente la forza dei vini Douro Superior.
Molto fresco e intenso con note di frutti neri selvatici e amarene in equilibrio con seducenti sfumature di "Liquirizia", l'aroma è complessato da note di legno
