Questa acquavite deriva da una selezione accurata delle migliori acquaviti viniche ottenute con metodi tradizionali e da un invecchiamento in legno di quercia che riassume la tradizione di oltre 75 anni delle Caves da Cerca nella produzione e nell'invecchiamento di acquaviti d'eccezione. L'invecchiamento avviene in una combinazione perfetta di botti nuove e usate di quercia iberica, francese e americana con vari tipi di grana e diversi tipi di tostatura. Il tempo di invecchiamento consente di ottenere un prodotto ricco, delicato, morbido e complesso.
