Fondata sull'isola di Madeira nel 1870, Justino's Madeira Wines, S.A. si distingue come uno dei produttori di vino più antichi della regione. Mantenendo viva la tradizione della vinificazione, l'invecchiamento in botti di legno e la trasmissione della conoscenza di generazione in generazione, il Justinos Colheita Boal 1996 è stato ottenuto dalle prestigiose uve della varietà Boal, raccolte e accuratamente selezionate da diversi viticoltori situati sulle coste meridionali e a nord dell'isola di Madeira. Il processo di vinificazione è stato condotto con meticolosa attenzione, risultando un eccellente esempio di armonia tra vitigno e terroir. Il Justinos Colheita Boal 1996 dovrebbe essere consumato in abbinamento a formaggi, frutti tropicali, crostate di frutta e frutti rossi per un maggiore godimento.
