Progettato per attrarre un nuovo pubblico di bevitori di vino Porto e il mondo della mixologia, il Blend Nº12 è l'ultima novità della "Serie Blend" di Graham. Il Porto Graham's ha annunciato un nuovo porto rubino innovativo, il Blend Nº12, realizzato principalmente con la famosa varietà Touriga Nacional, destinato specificamente alla scena dei bar e agli appassionati non tradizionali del Vino Porto. Il Blend Nº12 deve il suo nome al fatto che le uve di alta quota vengono raccolte a mano a metà della notte per garantire la massima freschezza. Queste uve vengono poi fermentate a freddo per preservare i loro aromi primari e l'intensità. A differenza della maggior parte dei porti stile rubino, il Blend Nº12 non è invecchiato in rovere ed è imbottigliato giovane per massimizzare la concentrazione e il sapore. Questo lancio segue il successo del Blend Nº5 White Port nel 2019 e segna un'estensione della "Blend Series" di Porto Graham's, progettata per sfidare le supposizioni su come il vino Porto viene tipicamente consumato e per attrarre un nuovo pubblico di bevitori di vino Porto. Inizialmente lanciato nel mercato on-trade, il Blend Nº5 ha raggiunto con successo locali che solitamente non promuovevano il Vino Porto - con un profilo di sapore unico e uno stile semi-secco che si presta a long drink e cocktail. Tra le liste di alto livello per il Blend Nº5 figurano The Parrot, Aqua Shard, Sexy Fish e il gruppo Electric Star di Idris Elba. Entrambe le bottiglie sono decorate con immagini disegnate a mano dal rinomato illustratore di moda portoghese António Soares. Il design del Blend Nº12 contiene frutti che riflettono i sapori del vino - lamponi, more e fragole - così come la liquirizia, il famoso fiore del Douro.
