Vinificazione del Vino Marquesa da Alorna Grande Reserva Rosso: Pigiatura con diraspatura totale, seguita da una macerazione pre-fermentativa a temperatura controllata di 15ºC. Segue la fermentazione in vasche inox a temperatura di 23ºC e successiva macerazione, per circa due settimane. Prima dell'imbottigliamento matura in barrique nuove di rovere francese per 12 mesi. Dopo l'imbottigliamento rimane in bottiglia per 6-12 mesi.

Attraente e ricco, dominato dai frutti di bosco e dal carattere vanigliato e speziato del rovere francese. Nonostante i tannini decisi che gli conferiscono una struttura unica, il palato presenta una consistenza setosa.
Buona integrazione dei frutti di bosco come mora, lampone con un tocco profumato che suggerisce fiori altrettanto selvatici. Si associano note di spezie, cioccolato, le tostature del legno nuovo.
