Il naso del Celery Rutte Dry Gin è piuttosto tradizionale a prima vista. Ginepro, coriandolo e angelica con una leggera nota terrosa, tuttavia il palato è pieno di note vegetali verdi. C'è molto ginepro, frizzante con una nota verde e di pino; foglie di sedano, scorza di limone e coriandolo a metà palato. Il finale diventa un po' più denso con un ricco gambo di sedano e pepe nero spezzato. Il finale è di media lunghezza, con un piacevole calore, pepe e ginepro persistenti. Le note di sedano sono abbastanza complementari e il profilo aromatico complessivo non è molto contemporaneo. Un sacco di ginepro e spezie tradizionali del gin circondano il sapore. Potrei anche suggerire che si tratta di un gin in stile classico con un pizzico di sedano. Non è opprimente ed è ben bilanciato. più sedano da un gin aromatizzato al sedano? Nel complesso abbastanza gradevole."
