Vinificação do Vinho Quinta do Carmo Tinto 2018 Magnum: cada casta é vinificada separadamente e é utilizada uma vinificação tradicional com fermentações em depósitos de inox e em lagares com temperatura controlada. No final da Fermentação segue-se uma maceração prolongada (7 a 15 dias). Os vinhos estagiam em barricas de carvalho francês durante 12 meses. No final do estágio é feito o lote final do vinho.
