Vinificação do Vinho Herdade das Servas Reserva Tinto 2017: As uvas são seleccionadas na mesa de escolha, desengaçadas, seguindo-se maceração pré-fermentativa. A fermentação ocorre em lagar e cuba de inox com controlo de temperatura.Estágio: Concluída a fermentação malolática, o vinho estagiou 12 meses em barricas de 1° e 2° ano de carvalho francês e americano. Após engarrafamento repousou em garrafa durante 10 meses na nossa cave. Para preservar todas as suas qualidades, este vinho não foi estabilizado, podendo naturalmente criar depósito.
