Vinificazione del vino rosso Dona Ermelinda Grande Reserva 2020: Fermentazione in tini di acciaio inox con macerazione a freddo per 7 giorni, fermentazione alcolica per 10 giorni seguita da macerazione pellicolare post-fermentativa per 15 giorni. Affinamento per 18 mesi in botti mezze di rovere francese seguite da un Stage di 18 mesi a Garrafa.
Granato quasi opaco
In bocca è un vino denso, pieno, di grande struttura, con tannini presenti e ben integrati. Finale lungo e persistente
Aromi che ricordano i frutti neri, le spezie e il fumo, con qualche confettura dovuta alla grande maturità raggiunta
