Vinho Verde Quintas de Melgaço Alvarinho 2022 è un vino verde prodotto esclusivamente con uve della varietà Alvarinho, della sottoregione di Monção e Melgaço, la più nobile della regione dei Vinhos Verdes, dove Alvarinho trova le condizioni uniche per la sua produzione. Vinificazione del Vinho Verde Quintas de Melgaço Alvarinho 2021: pressatura soffice e decantazione per 12-36 ore a temperatura controllata tra 12ºC - 16ºC. Fermentazione fino a 15 giorni con controllo della temperatura tra 16ºC - 18ºC. Affinamento: in vasche di acciaio inox a temperatura controllata e movimento regolare delle fecce per 2 mesi.
