Il vino Pêra-Manca risale al XV secolo. Fondazione Eugénio de Almeida - Azienda vinicola Adega Castuxa. La prima vendemmia di Pêra-Manca nel 1990. Da allora è diventato un riferimento nazionale e internazionale. Questo vino bianco del 2020. Ottenuto da uve delle varietà Arinto e Antão Vaz, è stato parzialmente vinificato in botti di rovere francese e vasca di acciaio inox. L'intero lotto è soggetto ad uno stage di 12 mesi. Su fecce fini, segue affinamento in bottiglia per 12 mesi.
