Vinificazione del Vino Beyra Riesling Bianco: Vendemmia manuale con schiacciamento dell'intero grappolo in modo da preservare tutto il potenziale primario delle uve. Fermentazione in vasche di acciaio inox, a una temperatura tra i 16 - 17ºC per un periodo di circa 20 giorni con lieviti indigeni. Affinamento con agitazione delle fecce – "batonnage" fino all'imbottigliamento a fine gennaio 2019, seguito da affinamento in bottiglia per 14 mesi in cantina.
