L'aspetto dorato intenso è ricoperto da una spuma di grande delicatezza caratteristica dei vini che hanno beneficiato di una prolungata maturazione in fiume. Al naso il vino presenta inizialmente note floreali, seguite da aromi di pane tostato, marzapane e frutta matura. In bocca, la freschezza dello Chardonnay e la ricchezza del Pinot Nero migliorano l'eleganza del corpo del vino, presentando un vino dagli aromi finemente integrati e dalla consistenza setosa.
