Vinificazione del Vino Tinto Quinta da Terrugem 2016: la fermentazione viene effettuata in vasche di acciaio inox e lagares a temperatura controllata e dura circa una settimana, a cui segue un periodo di macerazione sulle bucce. Trascorso questo periodo il vino affina in botti di rovere francese per 12 mesi. Al termine del processo di invecchiamento, viene prodotta l'ultima partita di vino.
Viola denso e profondo
In bocca è un vino equilibrato con tannini molto eleganti che gli conferiscono una buona struttura, concentrato e persistente.
Con aromi complessi di frutta matura, confetture, cioccolato e alcune sfumature di note affumicate
