La Vigna della Sobreira, una pendice tra le quote di 280 e 290 m, è stata piantata nel 2001 con il vitigno Syrah, proveniente da selezione massale. Questa vigna di secco beneficia di un'esposizione a nord-ovest e della vicinanza a un piccolo bosco di querce che promuove la biodiversità. Il suolo, prevalentemente argilloso-sabbioso, presenta alcuni elementi grossolani di quarzo e granito, con un contenuto di materia organica basso. La conduzione della vigna avviene tramite cordone bilaterale. Nel 2017 abbiamo convertito all'agricoltura biologica, evolvendo verso la biodinamica nel 2020, riflettendo un impegno per la sostenibilità e la promozione della rigenerazione del suolo.
