Quinta do Romeu Reserva BrancoVinificação:Blend de campo de castas tradicionais do Douro, incluindo Gouveio, Viosinho, Arinto e RabigatoApós seleção manual dos cachos, as uvas são cofermentadas, sendo 1/5 da seleção em barricas de carvalho austríaco de 500 litros com leve tosta, e o restante em cubas de inox com controle de temperatura entre 15ºC e 20ºC. Em seguida, é envelhecido em borras finas com batonnage regular.
