Questo vino deriva da uve selezionate nella Vinha do Seixo, piantata su argilla sopra marmo, nel cosiddetto Anticlinale di Estremoz. Il blend composto dal vitigno Roupeiro raccolto nella prima settimana di settembre e dall'Arinto vendemmiato a metà dello stesso mese, presenta armonia, freschezza ed equilibrio. Il mosto di ogni vitigno completa la sua fermentazione alcolica per il 45% in barrique nuove di rovere francese e per il restante 55% in barrique precedentemente usate per la fermentazione di precedenti vini bianchi riserva. Dopo lo svolgimento della fermentazione alcolica in barrique seguono due mesi di bâtonnage e l'affinamento di 10 mesi sempre in barrique. Questo lungo affinamento in legno esalta la nobiltà di questo vino.

Al naso e in bocca note di legno ben integrate ricordano meringa al limone, fiore di acacia e frutti a polpa bianca come la pesca.
