Il Pinot Nero è considerato da molti il miglior vitigno al mondo ma sicuramente il più difficile da lavorare. Caratterizzato da un grappolo piccolo, una resa bassa e una buccia sottile e sensibile, questo noto vitigno francese è stato una delle principali sfide per il nostro team di viticoltura ed enologia sin dal suo impianto nel 2001. Questo esemplare di Quinta do Cidrô dimostra un diverso sfaccettatura del solito incorporando la finezza e l'eleganza di questa tipica varietà della Borgogna con la struttura e la mineralità del Douro.
