Ginja Espinheira with Fruit è un liquore tradizionale portoghese che può essere bevuto a Lisbona e in altri luoghi come Óbidos e Alcobaça. A base di alcol e ottenuto dalla macerazione del frutto dell'amarena, un frutto molto simile alla ciliegia, sia nell'aspetto che nel gusto, e che nella sua produzione utilizza solo prodotti naturali, senza alcun conservante artificiale. Questo liquore è un mix di dolce e amaro con un tocco di cannella. Per la sua dolcezza è molto facile da bere. Normalmente servito in bicchierini, detti shot, va bevuto subito.
