Vino bianco ottenuto da uve Alvarinho prodotte esclusivamente a Monção e Melgaço. Le viti hanno più di 12 anni e hanno una bassa produzione con alti livelli di acidità e buona maturità. È un vino fatto alla vecchia maniera con la concia, con più colore e più tannini. Mira a sfruttare appieno il potenziale del vitigno Alvarinho.Vinificazione del Vinho Verde Alvarinho Anselmo Mendes Curtimenta 2021: Diraspatura parziale. Macerazione sulle bucce seguita da fermentazione con le bucce per alcune ore. La fermentazione termina in botti usate da 400 litri. Nelle stesse botti subisce batonnage per 9 mesi su fecce totali.
Corposo e voluminoso, con una leggera presenza di tannini maturi. Finale secco con amari nobili tipici della varietà
